Our boutique Pilates studio on the beautiful Portuguese Riviera is seeking an exceptional trainer to lead its launch and build something special from the ground up.

This role involves delivering results-driven classes, managing team scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing development, shaping our training methodology and class experience, and being the face of our brand to foster a strong community.
We are looking for a confident leader with Pilates and group training experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English. The ideal candidate should be naturally inspiring, open to relocating and embracing life in Portugal, and willing to obtain a visa if necessary.
