This on-site position in Lisbon focuses on supporting small and medium-sized businesses that use self-service digital advertising solutions to grow their online presence. You will work in a structured, international environment, supporting business clients across multiple communication channels while developing your experience in the digital advertising space. Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms. Customer-oriented mindset with clear and professional communication. Ability to work independently and manage client issues effectively. Previous customer service experience is an advantage, ideally in a support or contact center environment. Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends. Gross salary includes the food allowance.
