Vertente Humana, Human Resources Company, is currently recruiting Hungarian Customer Support Agents. - Perform and Receive phone calls to Small and Medium Companies in several countries to schedule the collecting of customer equipment; - Provide information and answer questions.
Working schedule: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Days off: Saturday and Sunday. Localization: Lisbon (Areeiro).
Requisitos:
- Hungarian Speakers
- Fluent in English
- Responsible, good listener, diplomatic and assertive
- Available to start in 1 to 3 weeks
- Flexibility in schedules
- Customer orientation
- Good computer skills
