- Support of M&S activities in SAP HCM system including:
- Analysis and implementation of solutions as per the business requirements (change requests);
- Continuousprocess andcollaboration improvement and regular alignments with relevant stakeholders for topics such as:
Interfaces, Data Security etc;
- Creation of documentation, training materials, etc;
- Collaborate withdifferent stakeholders, IT developers and other support teams.
- Support of authorization topics in SAP SuccessFactors:
- Development and implementation of Role Based Permissions framework;
- Technical adjustment of existing role framework;
- Creation of documentation, training materials, etc;
- Collaborate withdifferent stakeholders, IT developers and other support teams.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
- Education:
Bachelor'sDegree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Information Technology.
- Experience:
Previous Experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors (Authorizations).
- Knowledge:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel).
- Languages:
Fluent in English (C1 level), with German as an asset;
- Personality:
Excellent communicator, with a logical and structured mindset.
