Responsabilidades chave
Your Mission:
1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or digital platforms
2. Assist with technical questions related to products (hardware, software, apps, etc.)
3. Provide empathetic and solution-oriented customer support
4. Clarify warranty terms, deadlines, and return conditions
5. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds
6. Coordinate with the logistics department for product pick-ups or deliveries
7. Stay updated on product features, updates, and troubleshooting
Competências
Your Profile:
1. Completed secondary education (12th grade or equivalent)
2. Previous experience in customer support or similar roles (preferred)
3. Fluent in German (native or C1 level) and English (C1)
4. Strong computer literacy and digital communication skills
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
6. Team player with a proactive attitude
Principais benefícios
What We Offer:
1. Base salary: €1300/month
2. Meal allowance: €7.23/day
3. Performance bonus: Up to €250/month
4. Work schedule: 8-hour rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday (between 8 AM and 7 PM)
5. Days off: Sunday + 1 rotating day off
6. Location: remote
