Randstad Digital is recruiting a Support Technician Enginner tier 2/3 to join one of our international clients in the aerospace sector.
This is a hybrid opportunity for professionals based in Lisbon, offering the chance to work on cutting-edge space missions and projects with a highly skilled, global team.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements
* Monitor and maintain critical IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
* Provide Tier 2/3 support to internal teams or end-users, escalating complex issues when necessary
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, and security
* checks
* Document incidents, problems, and solutions to build a robust knowledge base
* Contribute to the automation of repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency
Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 1-3 years of experience in similar roles
* Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud technologies
* Experience with relational database management and querying
* Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
* Shell batch scripting (Bash and/or Powershell)
* Development skills are a plus, such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript
* Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices is a plus
* Knowledge of GenAI technologies is a plus
* Fluent level of English
