Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example; Remove impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove them; Support and coach the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining and maintaining the product backlog according with the priorities and the goals; Constantly perform measurements and analyse metrics that matters with the team proposing performance improvements; Guiding the team on how to maximize the benefits of self-organization; Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work. Good analytic and critical thinking with a problem solving and root of cause analysis drive; Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least three years at product/ software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory; Soft skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, coaching, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency; Experience with OKRs (especially if played OKRs Champion role); Experience with Design Thinking; Experience with Lean Portfolio Management; Knowledge or have participated in Scaled Agile initiatives (SAFe, or LeSS); Experience working in a cross-teams environment and different cultures; First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, SAFe Scrum Master); Scrum and Kanban knowledge and practice; SAFE RTE Certification; CSPO or Professional Scrum Product Owner certification; KMP I, KMP II certification.
