Your Mission Will Be:
Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection for IT roles;
Create job descriptions and screen curricula vitae;
Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment activities and other duties as needed;
Search for potential candidates on platforms like LinkedIn (Recruiter), using various strategies;
Conduct phone and video interviews;
Communicate with business managers to understand hiring needs.
Really Important To Have:
BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields;
High motivation to be part of a dynamic team;
Interestin the IT field;
Ability to adapt to change and high-speed environments.
Not Mandatory, But It Would Be Good:
Previous experience in recruitment;
Experience with tech profiles, especially in a recruiting role;
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter;
Good command of English (spoken and written).
