Key Tasks/ Activities
Market prospection – property enlistment;
Follow upon leads for buyers and sellers;
Support to realestate commercialization strategies;
Achievement of objectives previously established (quantitatively and qualitatively);
Conducting visits;
Conduct the property brokerage process to its conclusion.
Requirements, Skills And Experience Desired
Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in Real Estate;
Knowledgeof Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Power Point);
Proficiency in Portuguese and English (other languages will also be valued);
Excellentcommercial instinct;
Excellentanalytical, planning and negotiation skills;
Thorough attention to detail;
High sense of responsibility;
Team player andease of communication;
Proactivity, assertiveness and resilience.
