Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Finance Transformation Specialist to drive process improvements and automation across our global organization.
This role involves overseeing financial processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and shaping the future of financial control. You will work closely with Finance leadership, IT, and regional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans for process improvements and automation.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
* Design and deploy automated tools and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Monitor and report on process performance, identifying areas for further improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in finance transformation roles within a multinational environment.
* Strong knowledge of GL accounting, reconciliations, provisions, and financial reporting frameworks.
* Experience with R2R automation tools such as SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BlackLine, or OneStream is preferred.
* Understanding of IFRS and internal control frameworks.
