We specialize in developing advanced tools that help businesses and utilities improve efficiency and performance.Responsibilities:Agent and Partner Development in Europe: Build and manage relationships with agents and partners to grow Elspec's business across Europe.Market Research and Analysis: Research potential partners and markets to generate leads and close deals, helping Elspec expand its presence.Training and Support: Train new clients and support agents/distributors to ensure they use Elspec's products effectively.International Travel: Travel to meet agents, customers, and attend events/exhibitions.Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred).Communication: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
