Technical Sales Representative – Packaging Sector
We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative specialised in the packaging sector to manage and develop client relationships, ensuring high-quality service, adherence to deadlines, and optimisation of internal processes. This role is key to maximising customer satisfaction, driving business growth, and acquiring new clients through a technical, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and service quality.
* Identify new business opportunities within the packaging sector and develop effective commercial strategies.
* Provide technical advice to clients on products and solutions tailored to their needs.
* Coordinate internal processes to ensure operational efficiency and on-time delivery.
* Provide accurate and timely information regarding orders, products, and services.
* Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, marketing, finance) to optimise the customer experience.
* Follow up on accounts, including collections, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
Requirements
* University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales or commercial management, preferably in the packaging or industrial sector.
* Ability to understand technical specifications and advise clients on product selection.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer orientation skills.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
* Fluency in Spanish and English (other languages will be valued).
