What you'll do:
* Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) & Accounts Receivable processes
* Manage billing, cash application & dispute resolution
* Work with ERP systems and financial data
* Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce
6+ months experience in AR / O2C / Finance Ops
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
ERP exposure (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite – plus)
Detail-oriented, customer-focused mindset
