Key Accountabilities:
1. Launch Strategy & Execution:
* Develop and execute detailed launch plans for assigned projects, ensuring all activities are executed according to timeline and budget.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals, requirements, and milestones.
* Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure readiness for launch, including procurement, production, and logistics.
2. Milestone Management & Compliance:
* Ensure the project progresses according to its defined milestones and deadlines leading up to the launch.
* Track and monitor the progress of activities, identifying any delays or issues that could impact the launch timeline.
* Work closely with project teams to implement corrective actions when necessary and ensure the project remains on schedule.
3. Problem-Solving & Barrier Resolution:
* Identify potential risks, obstacles, or bottlenecks in the pre-launch and launch phases.
* Proactively assess challenges and develop alternative solutions to keep the project moving forward without compromising quality.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any issues that could disrupt project milestones or impact the launch date.
* Highlight project difficulties and provide recommendations for overcoming barriers and keeping the project on track.
4. Supplier & Stakeholder Partnerships:
* Work with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure all necessary materials, resources, and services are provided on time.
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and delivery on key project objectives.
* Resolve any issues with suppliers or external partners in a timely and effective manner to ensure no disruption to the project.
5. Communication & Reporting:
* Provide regular updates on the progress of the launch preparation, highlighting any potential risks or issues.
* Prepare and deliver reports on milestone achievements, supplier performance, and any corrective actions taken.
* Maintain clear and open communication with all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed about the launch progress and any challenges encountered.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
* Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, operations management, or a related role in a project-driven environment.
* Strong understanding of project management principles, particularly in launch phases and milestone tracking.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while adhering to tight deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
* Experience with product launch or go-to-market strategies.
* Strong analytical and financial skills for managing budgets and tracking performance.
* Fluent in English.
