Key Account Manager for Fleet Mobility
We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Key Account Manager to join our Commercial Fleet Department in Portugal. Our commitment to sustainability and efficiency is reflected in our innovative modular offer designed to address the unique needs of truck fleets.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing account plans that leverage our modular offer of tires and solutions to enhance sustainability and drive efficiency for truck fleet customers.
* Cultivating and maintaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders within large and medium-sized fleets in Portugal, showcasing the benefits of our modular offer in meeting their unique needs.
* Utilizing solution-selling techniques to align our products, services, and modular offer with customer sustainability and efficiency goals.
* Addressing customer issues promptly and effectively, leveraging the flexibility of our modular offer to provide innovative solutions and enhance overall satisfaction.
* Collaborating with fleet clients in Portugal to identify areas for improvement in their business operations, leveraging our modular offer to provide expert consultancy and drive sustainability and efficiency.
* Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with both existing and potential clients in Portugal, promoting the advantages of our modular offer for comprehensive fleet management.
Required Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to develop and implement strategic account plans, knowledge of fleet management and logistics, and experience working with large and medium-sized fleets.
