We are seeking a Junior Courier Recruiter to drive the hiring process for couriers in The Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment via our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring compliance.
* Engage with candidates and guide them through the hiring process.
* Handle high application volumes, collect missing details, and manage administrative tasks.
* Schedule initial shifts for new couriers.
* Collaborate with staffing agencies and internal teams.
* Meet hiring targets and improve recruitment practices.
Requirements:
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
* Experience in high-volume recruitment, HR, or customer support.
* A proactive problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong multitasking and communication skills.
