Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced mid-level Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team who can manage the full 360º of performance marketing, from strategy and implementation to optimization and reporting.
You'll design and execute data-driven and AI-enhanced growth strategies across paid media, SEO, CRO, and email marketing, ensuring every channel works together to drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute integrated performance marketing strategies focused on conversions and business growth.
2. Manage media buying and optimization on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, driving performance across acquisition, retargeting, and retention funnels.
3. Plan, monitor, and optimize SEO strategies to increase qualified organic traffic and conversions.
4. Design and run conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments to enhance landing page and funnel performance.
5. Manage and automate email marketing campaigns (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp), focusing on engagement and lifecycle optimization.
6. Configure and maintain tracking and analytics systems using Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure accurate event and conversion tracking.
7. Build and maintain custom dashboards in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio for real-time reporting.
8. Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Notion AI, etc.) to support strategy development, creative ideation, content generation and performance insights.
9. Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize performance, and report on business-oriented KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate and LTV.
10. Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client teams to align messaging, targeting and performance objectives.
11. Stay ahead of digital trends, AI applications, and martech innovations to continuously improve efficiency and results.
Requirements
1. 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital strategy or growth marketing.
2. Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
3. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
4. Knowledge of CRO methodologies, A/B testing tools, and landing page optimization.
5. Experience managing email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms).
6. Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) for web analytics configurations.
7. Deep understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and ability to build custom reports in Looker Studio.
8. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
9. Strong project management and communication skills.
10. Fluency in Portuguese and English
