Key Cost Management Role

Delivering projects within budget is crucial for our organization's success. As a cost management professional, you will be responsible for developing project cost estimates, managing costs, and assessing the cost impact of project risks.
Responsibilities:
* Lead cost management for major construction projects from initial estimation to final delivery.
* Develop project cost estimates and manage costs to keep projects within agreed budgets.
* Assess the cost impact of project risks and support change management and claims processes.
* Prepare and present regular status reports on project budgets and committed spend.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 3–5 years' experience in cost management for construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of feasibility estimating, pre-tender estimating, cost planning & reporting, tender management, value engineering, benchmarking, and claims management.
* Proven ability to implement high-quality cost management processes.
