As a Talent Acquisition professional, you will play a critical role in shaping our future workforce. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing effective recruitment strategies, identifying top talent, and ensuring seamless integration of new hires into our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment plans;
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings;
* SOURCE AND SCREEN potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and employee referrals;
* Analyze resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates and assess their fit with our company culture;
* Conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and skills;
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth hiring process;
* Manage the proposal submission process and track candidate progress;
* Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement;
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment processes.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree or master's degree in Human Resources Management, Social and Organizational Psychology, or a related field;
* 2-3 years' experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Strong organizational and time management skills;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
