* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Italian fluency (C2 level)
* English fluency (B2 level)
* EU citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
* 0–1 year of experience in customer support
* Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
