We are looking for a highly creative and technically proficient Senior Motion Graphic Designer with 6–10 years of experience to join our dynamic Ed Tech team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex educational concepts into visually stunning, easy-to-understand animations.You will lead the visual storytelling process, from initial character design to final editing, ensuring our content resonates with students while staying ahead of the curve with AI-driven workflows and global design trends.Key Responsibilities End-to-End Production: Concept, storyboard, design, and animate high-quality 2 D/3 D motion graphics for educational modules, marketing campaigns, and social media. Character Animation: Create expressive, fluid character animations that bring our educational narratives to life, ensuring anatomical accuracy and emotive storytelling. Video Editing: Seamlessly integrate motion graphics with live-action footage and audio, maintaining high production standards and a cohesive brand voice. Portuguese Localization: Collaborate with our international team to design and adapt content specifically for the Portuguese-speaking market. You will review scripts and on-screen text to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy. AI Integration: Research and implement AI tools (such as Midjourney, Runway, or Adobe Firefly) into the design workflow to optimize production speed and creative output.Mentorship: Guide junior designers and provide constructive feedback to ensure visual consistency across all educational assets.Technical Skills & Qualifications Experience: 6–10 years of professional experience in motion design, preferably within Ed Tech, advertising, or media. The Adobe Suite: Mastery of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Character Animation: Deep understanding of the principles of animation, rigging, and character performance. Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in Portuguese : You must have experience working on projects specifically tailored for Portuguese-speaking audiences. AI & Future-Tech: Proven experience or a strong portfolio showcasing the use of AI tools in the creative process.Visual Design: Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
