Opportunity: Project Portfolio Analyst
What will you do?
* Structuring and maintaining the TDDI demand and project portfolios
* Support the deployment and use of Portfolio, Demand and Project management processes and tooling for teams worldwide
* Run data quality checks and coordinate improvement plans with the relevant teams
* Ensure governance process is shared and understood by all TDDI teams
* Monitor and coordinate the portfolio governance instances, ensuring all projects are inline with the process
* Contribute to the PPM tooling enhancement roadmap
* Perform portfolio analysis
* Provide regular portfolio reporting to the top management
* Prepare ad-hoc portfolio analysis to support key topics : alignment between strategy and execution, prioritization meetings, value definition monitoring
* Prepare, setup and coordinate portfolio reviews with the TDDI and business teams
* Enforce Value Management framework :
* Support Global and Regional teams in the deployment of the Value Management framework
* Ensure prioritization framework is deployed across all TDDI teams and aligned with business counterparts
* Challenge Value KPIs on key programs
* Contribute to the coordination of the Annual Business Planning process
* Define the planning in alignment with budget process
* Provide in-depth portfolio analysis to support arbitration process
* Coordinate with financial teams for alignment with budget guidelines
* Contribute to the worldwide TDDI PMO Community
What you'll need to succeed?
* 2-4 years of experience
* Experience in IT project Management
* Experience with a PPM tool would be appreciated
* Experience in PowerBI
* Knowledge of agile methodology and SAFe would be appreciated
* Analytical skills and ability to structure
* Reporting and presentation skills
* Experience in international environment, and used to working with multiple stakeholders worldwide
* Autonomous, rigourous, organised and team player
* Fluent in English, French would be a plus
