Job Description:
We are now looking for a Cost Controller to join Airbus GBS in LisbonResponsibilities - your missionCost by Destination : Be the Finance advisor for the several programs for Engineering (programs to be defined)
Provide clear, comprehensive and accurate financial data, guidance and support to engineering centers and support decision making
Build and maintain a robust single source of reference of the Engineering financials (TCAC / FCAC), enabling quick and reliable access to the information
Prepare meaningful storyline to top management, enabling proper tactical and strategic decisionsPlanning / Reporting:
Support the key finance processes (operative planning, forecasts, closing), ensuring all stakeholders deliver their inputs on time and quality.
Report on financial performance, anticipate potential deviations and propose proactively mitigation actions,
Support both programs and Engineering centers through their challenges: performance, resource adaptation, ramp up…Cost by Nature:
Cb N reporting:
Prepare and communicate the templates to be completed by MF1x controllers
Prepare Cb N KPIs for the One Dashboard (Total Cb N / Travel...)
Cb N Planning:
prepare the circularity file Cb N/Cb D to be filled by MF1x Cb N controllers at each planning occasion.Small programs consolidation: Support MF1 O team members by drumbeating the processes and consolidating all the financial data related to all small programs.CAPEX: Be the back-up of Engineering CAPEX controller based in Lisbon.Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Business Management education in Finance or other related fields
Basic knowledge of Accounting / Controlling
Talent for agile, reliable and fast data management
