Senior HR Systems Administrator
This role focuses on the technical administration of HR systems supporting various functions, including Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, HR Operations, and Payroll. The primary focus is on the SuccessFactors Learning Management System.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage technical expertise to effectively troubleshoot, implement new systems, drive conversions, and liaise with vendors to identify and resolve technical issues in the system.
* Collaborate with division administrators to manage security roles and domain assignments for those administrators.
* Serve as an escalation resource for troubleshooting and customer service support for users.
* Create and maintain policies and procedures for the system, aligning system processes with business needs.
* Lead the direction to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
System Administration
The Senior HR Systems Administrator will be responsible for the technical administration of HR systems, including:
* Designing, planning, implementing, and maintaining the systems.
* Taking initiative to research new technology and applying it to our business processes.
* Developing technical expertise to effectively implement new systems and maintain current systems.
Active Systems Roadmap Development
The Senior HR Systems Administrator will lead project life-cycle design, development, conversion, testing, and deployment of learning and performance technical projects.
Global System Configuration Management
The Senior HR Systems Administrator will maintain a service delivery model that provides effective self-service, help desk, and escalation within resource limitations.
User Support
The Senior HR Systems Administrator will provide consultative services to learning teams on the feasibility of system support for proposed training programs and technical capabilities.
Data Quality and Consistency
The Senior HR Systems Administrator will ensure that system data is fit for purpose and maintain consistency of data between HR systems.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus functional experience.
* Expert-level experience with enterprise software, preferably SuccessFactors Learning Management System.
* Experience in project management, system implementation, program administration, and HR expertise.
* Complex query building skills.
* Customer service experience.
* Process design leveraging technology.
* Vendor relationship experience.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
* Effective communication skills.
