* Demonstrated expertise in Employee Central and its integration with other SAP modules.
* Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
