We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist. This role is essential for maintaining process compliance and efficiency within the critical Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) workflow, ensuring a seamless experience for internal business stakeholders.
Description
Key Responsibilities: Compliance and Process Flow
PR to PO Workflow:
Oversee the overall Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order process (excluding spot buys), including performing compliance review and checks on incoming PRs and managing PO conversions and changes.
Discrepancy Resolution:
Provide support in managing
invoice discrepancies
that are linked to pricing, ensuring accuracy and mitigating disruptions in the payment cycle.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Proactively partner with the Spot Buy and Support teams to
unblock complex requests
and resolve procurement issues, delivering a highly efficient and seamless service experience to the business.
Process Integrity:
Ensure strong attention to detail and accuracy in all compliance checks and transactions, upholding the integrity of the procurement process.
Service Excellence:
Partner with
Spot Buyers
and Support teams to proactively unblock complex requests and deliver a seamless experience for our business stakeholders.
Profile
What You Bring: Skills and Experience
Experience & Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, combined with
1-2 years of experience
in a purchasing, accounts payable, or administrative support role.
Process Familiarity:
Familiarity with the Purchase Order and Purchase Requisition processes is essential.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
ERP systems
(e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Excel. Experience with Google Workspace is required.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail
and accuracy. Proven problem-solving skills, especially for discrepancy resolution. A
Customer Centric
approach with the ability to identify and prioritize urgencies, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Language:
English and French proficiency at a B2 level
is required.
