We are seeking a Senior Product Designer for a Maternity Cover position in the Lisbon area, with the possibility to work remotely.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience);
- Basic knowledge of DevOps, including configuration management, monitoring, and troubleshooting;
- Proven experience as a product designer in complex SaaS or PaaS products, Developer Experience tools (DevEx), or similar roles in the tech industry;
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design;
- High proficiency in Figma, with experience contributing to design systems for UI consistency and reusability;
- Experience integrating AI into the UX design process for research, ideation, solution design, and validation;
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to discuss technical feasibility and articulate design decisions clearly;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
