Provide administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director / Site Manager in day-to-day operationsManage calendar coordination, meeting scheduling and preparationSupport the preparation of presentations, reports and management materials in line with business prioritiesAct as a key interface between the Managing Director / Site Manager, internal departments and external stakeholdersAssist in the coordination of projects, initiatives and operational topicsOrganize travel arrangements, bookings and expense processing in accordance with internal policiesSupport communication and information flow across the site, ensuring transparency and timely follow-up on decisionsAssist with onboarding and administrative processes for new hires in close coordination with Office Management and HRHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismContribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and ways of working within the Service Center Your Skills:
Completed commercial training, business administration qualification or a comparable educational backgroundFirst experience in an executive assistant, management support, office management or administrative role is an advantageStrong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentHigh level of reliability, discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential mattersExcellent communication skills and a confident, service-oriented working styleVery good command of MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point) and strong affinity for digital toolsStructured, proactive and independent working approach with strong attention to detailTeam-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude and a strong sense of ownershipFluent in Portuguese, very good command of EnglishAbility to work effectively under time pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality We offer:
