We are seeking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer professional willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team, at Porto.Main Tasks:- Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange (on-premises and/or hybrid) and Microsoft 365 environments. - Monitor system performance, availability, and security of email services. - Implement and maintain email policies, retention rules, and compliance configurations. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mail flow, user access, and system errors. - Administer Exchange Online Protection (EOP), spam filtering, and threat management. - Support user onboarding/offboarding, mailbox provisioning, and license management. - Collaborate with IT teams to integrate email systems with other enterprise applications. - Ensure data protection and disaster recovery strategies for email systems. - Document procedures, configurations, and system changes. - Stay updated on Microsoft 365 updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience managing Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365 environments and Promodag. - Strong understanding of Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, and PowerShell scripting. - Experience with email security, compliance including data loss prevention (DLP), AIP, Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Purview. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - High resilience, assertiveness and proactiveness. - Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MS-203) are a plus. - Business fluent English and Portuguese.We believe we are the ones to, by:- Providing a multidisciplinary Team. - Giving a home office kit with everything you need to perform remotely. - Ensuring a career plan alongside professional growth. - Providing you with a custom training plan. - Helping you reach happiness.Oh... and by the way, we also have:- Several challenging complex projects. - Stimulating teams and leaders. - World-class Clients and Partners.If you believe in this match as much as we do, send us your CV to tiago.andrade@closer.pt and reach the closer side of life.Closer is a company that values diversity and inclusion.
