About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to join our Corporate Insight Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering data, conducting research and providing strategic insights relevant to the industry and markets within which we operate.
The role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing timely and insightful responses to internal stakeholders.
* Supporting business decision-making by working closely with managers across HQs and various units to provide strategic market insights reports.
* Managing research projects from scope to delivery, working independently and with limited direction.
* Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments through active monitoring of news sources, analyst reports, and thought leadership—bringing a strong understanding of both business and IT landscapes to inform strategic insights and competitive analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a professional Market Intelligence organization.
* Knowledge and experience of research functions; within the IT market is a plus.
* Experience working with external analyst firms (Gartner, Frost and Sullivan; IDC and others).
* Cross-cultural/international experience.
* Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and internal teams built on trust and credibility.
* Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research and various research techniques, deriving meaningful and business-oriented insights and translating them into actionable recommendations.
* Critical and strategic thinking mindset, including capability to assess current situations, draw conclusions and propose innovative solutions for business problems.
* Fluent English (Business level)
