Recruiter - EMEA Talent Acquisition (Fixed-Term Contract)

Our recruiters play an essential role in fueling the company's growth with extraordinary talent by providing high-touch, compelling experiences for both hiring managers and candidates during the recruitment process.
We are currently looking for a Talent Advisor to help shape and execute our hiring strategy for Sales in EMEA, specifically.
What You'll Do :
* Work directly with managers and leaders in EMEA on sales roles including Account Managers, Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Regional Sales Directors.
* Sourcing passive candidates, evaluating, and closing them.
* Providing a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
* Ensuring hiring manager and team preparedness during interviews and conducting them efficiently and professionally.
* Driving the offer process, including salary recommendations, negotiations, and closing candidates.
* Providing an extraordinary candidate experience and acting as a candidate advocate.
* Leading kick-off meetings with hiring managers and developing comprehensive search strategies.
* Establishing and managing a schedule of regular updates to the hiring manager.
Who You Are :
* Experience with sales recruitment, preferably in the IT industry, with knowledge in Cloud / AI, Cybersecurity, Collaboration, Networking, etc.
* Strong sourcing experience using social media and databases.
* Proven ability to contribute positively in a high-paced, dynamic environment, with effective task prioritization.
* Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including offer creation, negotiation, and closing.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-based, cross-functional, and global organization.
* Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision and manage multiple searches and candidates.
* Sound judgment in assessing candidate qualifications.
* Proactive, self-motivated, credible, and trustworthy.
* Fluency in English.
