**Job Opportunity: Sales Leader**
Our company is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team. This role will involve leading the development and execution of a structured sales strategy for our business, driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding into new markets.
* Design and implement a strategic approach to ingredient trading
* Establish performance metrics, monitor progress, and identify opportunities for growth
* Manage key customer relationships in the food, pharma, nutraceutical, and beverage sectors
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging trends
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
* Support the sourcing of new or customized ingredients
* Collaborate internally to deliver tailored product solutions to clients
* Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team
* Provide coaching and training to align team efforts with company objectives
* Analyse sales data to inform strategy and decision-making
* Utilize advanced Excel tools for forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business, Trade, or related field
* Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience
* Proven success as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently exceeding targets
* Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
* Industry experience in supplements, superfoods, or organic ingredients is highly valued
