In the context of the ongoing Infrastructure and End User Services Integration plan within Group, the Infrastructure department is hiring a new Service Delivery Manager position following a departure.
This Service Delivery Manager will have a key transversal role by building Monthly/Weekly reports regarding KPI, following Vulnerabilities and guaranteeing SLAs delivered to the different companies, organizing the governance, leading the remediation action plans when needed and collecting audit evidence / documentation required
Key accountabilities
As Service Delivery Manager, the candidate will be the privileged contact for the companies/entities for any Infrastructure and EUS specific topic in particular vulnerabilities and work on Audits
On Vulnerabilities, the candidate will :
* Manage Vulnerabilities reports on a weekly / Monthly basis, providing specific views depending on requests.
* identify any vulnerabilities gaps according to the risks defined by Security teams and lead proactively some remediation plans with the technical teams.
* take the lead on processes and provide solutions
* manage the vulnerabilities actions plan, providing a specific view on Kpi and progress for each company .
* prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on progress, financial status, risks and issues
On audit / regulation the candidate will :
* contribute and analyze the element required
* collect and make sure they are delivered on due time.
Your profile
minimum 7 years of experience with high potential
* Degree in Technology

* Experience on Vulnerabilities/reporting in a challenged and multi-projects environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills excellent oral and written skills with and ability to work in client-facing projects.
