Our GBS is looking for a Global Procurement Services Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira.
The main missions of the role are:
Support Buyers in issues resolution and system setup (SAP Ariba and SAP) – strategy application, contracts, RFQ's, invoice management, etc.
Maintain product and supplier master data
Support user in the day-to-day use of Ariba by explaining and applying the P2P process and rules
Ensure compliance with Faurecia purchasing procedure
The ideal candidate will have/be:
High school, Degree in business school or purchasing related
Ability to communicate in English
Knowledge of French, Spanish or German is a Plus
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Analytical mindset
Data cruncher
