About the Position
We are looking for an Account Executive to join the solarVis Business Development team and play a central role in helping solar installation companies in the Portuguese market digitalize their solar sales processes and scale their operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process Management
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify fit and potential.
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and goals.
Deliver tailored online demos and presentations to showcase product value.
Manage pricing, proposal, and negotiation processes.
Maintain accurate deal progress and forecasting in HubSpot CRM.
Ensure smooth transition of "Closed Won" deals to the Customer Success.
Take direct ownership of market expansion in the region, not just by closing existing pipeline.
Development & Feedback
Provide structured feedback from prospects to the product and marketing teams.
Contribute to the improvement of sales materials such as demos, decks, and proposals.
Collaborate with marketing to execute regional go-to-market and lead-generation strategies.
Identify blockers and propose process improvements across the sales funnel.
Bring structured market insights that shape how we grow in the region.
Communication & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders (management, sales, engineering, and operations) on the client side.
Act as the main point of contact during the evaluation and procurement stages.
Support the expansion and enablement of the partner network, including resellers and distributors.
Profile
Advanced Portuguese and English are a must.
2+ years of B2B SaaS or solar industry sales experience.
Skilled in HubSpot, Salesforce, and modern sales tools.
