Description
The main responsibilities will be:
Oversee the daily operations of the Lisbon office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment
Coordinate and manage office setup and act as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters
Support the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
Liaise with the EMEA headquarters to ensure alignment with regional strategies and policies
Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Assist in the development and implementation of office budgets
Provide administrative support to senior management as needed
Coordinate HR and people data for submission to external HR Services provider.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
Experience in setting up new offices or managing office relocation in an international environment is highly desirable
Knowledge of EMEA regional business practices and regulations is an advantage
