The Role We are seeking a versatile IT Support Technician & Web Developer who combines technical
troubleshooting with data management and web optimization. You will be responsible for
maintaining our internal systems, managing business data, and ensuring our digital platforms
are fast, reliable, and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities
? Systems & Infrastructure Support: Provide technical assistance for Windows and Linux
environments. Manage and optimize Google Workspace (Google Suite) for the entire
team.
? Data Management & SQL: * Administer and query databases using SQL to extract
booking information and customer insights.
? Maintain data integrity between our booking platforms (Bókun) and internal systems.
? Advanced Analytics: Use Spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) to create complex
reports, pivot tables, and automated dashboards for sales and performance tracking.
? Web Development & Optimization: Maintain our brand websites using WordPress and
Elementor. A primary focus will be improving Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, TTFB) and site
speed.
? Automation & Scripting: Write scripts (Python, Bash, or JavaScript) to automate
repetitive administrative tasks.
? Network Maintenance: Monitor and troubleshoot local and cloud-based network
configurations.
Candidate Requirements
? Technical Experience: Proven background in IT Support and systems administration.
? Operating Systems: Proficiency in both Windows and Linux.
? Data Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL and expert-level proficiency in Spreadsheets
(complex formulas, macros, data visualization).
? Web Skills: Advanced experience with WordPress and Elementor. Understanding of web
performance optimization is a major advantage.
? Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish (required for company communication).
Proficiency in Italian or Portuguese is highly valued.
Compensation & Benefits
? Annual Gross Salary: €18,500 – €25,000 (commensurate with experience and technical
expertise).
? 14-Month Salary: Paid in 14 installments (including Summer and Christmas bonuses) as
per Portuguese labor law.
? Hours: 40 hours per week.
? Holidays: 22 working days of paid annual leave plus all mandatory Portuguese public
