Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns on the European market
* Research and recruit influencers within niches from the European market
* Support paid/earned campaigns from negotiation to execution, ensuring messaging, content, and timeline alignment
* Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor research on social media and within the influencer community
* Build strong relationships with relevant influencers
* Compose creative briefs for social media campaigns
* Analyze and report program effectiveness and competitive analysis for management

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field, and at least one year of experience in marketing communications with a proven track record of running successful influencer campaigns. You should have a strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in influencer marketing, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
