We are in search of a Senior Key Account Manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in taking ownership of strategic, high-value client relationships, ensuring our customers gain maximum value from our smart locker solutions while driving long-term satisfaction and account growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage and nurture relationships with Bloq.it’s key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention;
* Oversee the onboarding process for new strategic clients, ensuring a seamless implementation and adoption of our smart locker solutions;
* Use data-driven insights to monitor account health, anticipate client needs, and proactively resolve any challenges or concerns;
* Coordinate cross-functional efforts between product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded;
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients, offering strategic guidance on best practices and continuous optimization of our solutions;
* Act as the voice of the customer within Bloq.it, advocating for enhancements in product and process to better serve our key accounts.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
* 5+ years of experience in a key account management, customer success, or related customer-facing role, ideally in a tech-driven environment;
* Proven track record of successfully managing large or strategically important accounts, driving retention and growth;
* Proficiency in project management, with the ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder projects effectively;
* Experience collaborating with engineering teams (software/hardware) to address client needs and product improvements;
* Strong analytical skills, using data to anticipate account challenges and proactively propose solutions;
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both executive-level stakeholders and technical team;
* Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
It Would Be Great If You Would Also Have
* Knowledge of the last-mile delivery or logistics industry, bringing relevant insights into customer pain points;
* Fluency in an additional European language (e.g., German, French);
* Familiarity with hardware/software integration or IoT-based solutions.
