We seek a seasoned Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement communication and marketing plans that drive business results.
Main Responsibilities:
* Curate and produce engaging content for social media platforms, including blog posts, videos, and infographics.
* Contribute to building and enhancing brand identity through creative strategies, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
* Design and refine website layouts and visuals to meet high standards, focusing on user experience and conversion rates.
* Create and optimize content for web platforms to improve online visibility, leveraging SEO best practices.
* Implement and monitor SEO strategies to enhance online presence, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Write and publish high-quality articles tailored to target audiences, showcasing expertise and thought leadership.
* Support the creation of promotional assets, such as presentations, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
Requirements:
* Degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, Multimedia, or Web Development.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
* Proficiency in graphic editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
* Hands-on experience with WordPress and other Content Management Systems (CMS).
* Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
