Head of Education & Cross-Culture × Content Operations Lead
(Hikari Lead · Atlas / Oratorium Integration)
Organization: JP Organization (Holding Level)
Scope: Global · Multi-brand · Multi-time-zone
Engagement: Full-time or Long-term Contract
Location: Europe-preferred (remote possible with overlap discipline)
Why This Role Exists (Foundational Premise)
This role exists because global organizations do not collapse from lack of talent —
they collapse from:
* Miscommunication across cultures, languages, and expectations
* Content that moves fast but breaks meaning
* Education systems that are decorative instead of functional
* Teams working "hard" but not aligned
JP Org operates across countries, brands, academies, families, and age groups.
Without a single owner for education logic + content operations, the system drifts.
This role prevents that drift.
What Kind of Company This Is
JP Org is not :
* A content-first media company
* A traditional education institution
* A soft "culture" organization with vague values
JP Org is :
* A system-driven, human-aware holding organization
* Operating sports, education, study-abroad, creative, and investment platforms
* Governed by Chambers, not vibes
* Built to scale without losing people, meaning, or ethics
This role sits exactly at that intersection.
