Client Experience Representative
Location: Lisbonne, Portugal
As a Client Experience Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries on the Expedia.fr website.
We are seeking excellence to offer our customers the best possible customer experience.
What You Will Do:
* Establish effective and personalized contact with customers via phone and email.
* Provide quick and adequate responses to customer questions related to their reservations, transactions, or accounts.
* Offer exceptional customer service.
* Identify customer requests and transfer them efficiently to the relevant departments at Expedia.
* Meet and exceed individual and team quality service objectives.
* Maintain effective collaboration with Expedia partners.
* Remain constructive even in difficult situations.
