Join a leading Luxembourg Services Firm expanding to Porto!Your new Company Join one ofLuxembourg's leading professional Services Firm as it is expanding to Porto, Portugal, with a brand‐new Office !The Companyis recognized for delivering high‐quality legal, tax, regulatory consulting and operational services to financial institutions, corporates, and investors, offering end‐to‐end support across the full business lifecycle.This expansion into Portugal represents a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, multicultural environment that blends international exposure with local growth, offering room to develop your skills and impact clients worldwide!Your new Role TheCorporate Managerwill be responsible for managing and delivering Corporate Secretarial Services, with oversight of team performance, client portfolios, and compliance with applicable Company law and fund regulation requirements.This role involves providing guidance and leadership to a team, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery, and maintaining effective collaboration with internal stakeholders across Luxembourg and Portugal.You will be responsible for: Support team members in developing new skills and knowledge; Monitor client budgets and team billability, as well as participating in internal projects; Provide guidance to clients on corporate governance best practices; Manage a portfolio of clients with responsibility for all aspects of company law and fund regulation; Ensure the timely, accurate, and high‐quality delivery of services to clients; Supervise and review minutes, action points and legal documentation; Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders; Monitor key corporate events.What you will need to succeed Bachelor's Degree in Law(mandatory); Master's Degree in the field (would be a plus); +2 years of leadership experience (either through direct or indirect leadership of employees or by holding a senior-level role) ; +5 years of experience in a Legal environment ; Experience in a Fund Administration environment(would be a plus); Knowledge of laws and regulations, governing the UCITS sector; Proven leadership and ability to motivate and coach team members; Diligent and well‐organized person with a proactive mindset; Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to meet deadlines; Ability to manage projects, client budgets, and timelines effectively; Alignment with the Company's Pillars of Care, Social, Excellence, and Entrepreneurship ; Good communication skills – Fluency in English (written and spoken) (mandatory).What the Company can offer you Competitive benefits package; Hybrid working model; Learning and Development opportunities; The possibility to join a dynamic and multicultural environment and contribute to the Company's growth in Portugal.Corporate Secretary Services (m/f/d) Hays Working for your tomorrow
