Job Title: Cloud Software Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Software Specialist to join our team and take on the challenge of designing, developing, and maintaining custom cloud applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and declarative tools.

Main Responsibilities:
\
\
1. Design, develop, and maintain custom cloud applications for various sectors, including satellite, telecommunications, media, and broadcasting, transportation.
\
2. Implement and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Industry-specific solutions.
\
3. Collaborate with admins, business analysts, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
\
4. Integrate cloud applications with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
\
5. Contribute to data modeling, data migration, and process automation (Flows, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Schedulers).
\
6. Ensure solutions follow cloud best practices, security standards, and are optimized for performance.
\
7. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and release management processes.
\
8. Support end-user issues, perform debugging, and implement fixes in a timely manner.
\
\
Required Experience:
\
\
9. 2–4 years of cloud software development experience (Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred).
\
10. Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and cloud configuration tools.
\
11. Experience with cloud APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
\
12. Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
\
13. Understanding of cloud security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules).
\
14. Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
\
15. Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
\
\
Nice to Have:
\
\
16. Salesforce Platform Developer II or Salesforce Administrator certification.
\
17. Exposure to Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
\
18. Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins or similar).
\
19. Background in object-oriented programming languages (Java, .NET, JavaScript).
