Your responsibilitiesLead category management projects with customers and be the trusted neutral advisor.Develop business insights that can be integrated with customer overall business goals.Support local markets with business & channel insights that can drive value.Research deeply around business questions to help understand shoppers and category behavior.Develop category management vision per account and execute through leading category reviews and projects, especially optimization of assortment, micro & macro-shelf placement.Provide insights and recommendations to Brand Managers, Marketing Managers, and Key Accounts to optimize performance.Lead Customer Strategies & Activation Plans within your assigned channel from planning to execution, working with KAM and Field Teams following Brand LSM principles.Define and develop channel tactics, customized solutions, and impactful communication per customer, supporting commercial strategy.Develop customer-specific promotions as part of the activation plan.Define Masterplan with Omnichannel Campaigns (Online and Offline) in the customer, tracking results, synchronized with ATL Brand Communication.Lead development and implementation of customer-specific in-store materials.Analyze customer execution in categories supported by contracts (e.g., ECR, EMNOS, AIMIA, Nielsen, Global Data).Propose and track Category LSM – Local Success Model in terms of 4Ps Activation for each category aligned with Brand Managers and GSM guidelines.Generate insights from sell-out data and loyalty card data, transforming them into shopper-relevant concepts to optimize long-term growth.Implement data-driven strategies to help retailers understand importance, financial impacts, and develop trends creating value.The experience we're looking forMinimum 2 years of experience as Brand Manager, Category Manager, or Trade Marketing.Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, SAP, and Customer Portals is valuable.Proven ability to develop strong partnerships across sales channels.Ability to collaborate across functions such as marketing and finance to execute strategic plans.Solid background in customer and channel strategy, with sales negotiation skills.Business and financial acumen with experience managing profit and loss.Track record of implementing sales strategies and optimizing eCommerce platforms.Expertise in trade marketing and digital engagement.The skills for successConsumer, Shopper, and Customer Insights; Category Analysis; Collaboration and Partnership Skills; Influencing; Consultative Selling; Customer and Channel Strategy; Sales Strategy Development; Product Planning; Business, Financial, and Commercial Acumen; Sales Negotiation; P&L Management; Strategy Execution; Operational Excellence; Key Account Management; Field Sales Management; eCommerce; Data Analysis; Trade Marketing; Digital Activation to HCPs; Leadership Skills.
