We are looking for a skilled and multilingual German customer service agent to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to public associations in Germany. This role involves supporting clients with their queries, concerns, and issues related to products and services.
* Providing consultancy, training, and support to clients regarding product and financial or operational questions.
* Identifying opportunities for general optimization and improving processes.
* Using relevant tools such as Salesforce and Excel to streamline client interactions.
* Easing communication between clients and different departments or the company.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A native level of German and at least B2-C1 level of English.
* Previous experience in customer service and social media marketing is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work proactively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
* Willingsness to relocate to Portugal for an international career and life experience.
* A valid Portuguese work permit is required.
