Your Key Responsibilities:
As our Project Manager, you will be the
engine
driving change, ensuring complex projects become a reality:
* End-to-End Leadership:
Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring completion
on time, within budget, and to scope
.
* Adaptive Management:
Select and implement the ideal methodology (
Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
) to maximize the efficiency of each initiative.
* Strategic Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring
clear and consistent communication
among
stakeholders
, development teams, and top management.
* Proactive Mitigation:
Actively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies using tools like
Jira
and
MS Project
.
* High-Level Multitasking:
Manage a portfolio of
multiple concurrent projects
, effectively prioritizing tasks and resources to meet ambitious deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven Experience:
Minimum of
3+ years
as an IT Project Manager, with a
strong preference
for experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
* Methodology Mastery:
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (
Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
).
* Tools Proficiency:
Practical experience with project management software (
Jira, MS Project
, or similar tools).
* Leadership and Communication:
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills (an essential capability for this role).
* Results Mindset:
Highly results-oriented, with strong
problem-solving
and decision-making abilities.
* Language:
Fluency in English is required
