Key Account Manager - French Speaker

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.


About the Role

* Contact new and existing clients via telephone, email, and chat to build strong relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
* Support clients with product adoption to improve their experience and increase customer satisfaction.
* Provide both pre- and post-sales support to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
* Become an expert in advertising on our platform to maximize revenue potential.
* Manage a portfolio with full responsibility for growing revenue and increasing customer loyalty.
* Offer ongoing customer service and product guidance to ensure customers receive the best possible experience.


Requirements

* Native French speaker with fluent English (B2–C1).
* EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in online sales and/or digital marketing.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Proficient in MS Office; familiar with voicemail and email systems.
* Proactive mindset for identifying opportunities and solving problems.
* Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
* Professionalism and drive for excellence.


Benefits

* Contract: Long-term fixed-term, renewable every year.
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
* Salary Options:
o With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1,040 gross/month.
o Without accommodation: €1,240 gross/month.
* Training Period Compensation (15 days): 50% of hourly wage (lower taxes).
