?? Open Position: IT Project Manager (Hands-on Delivery Focus)
?? Lisbon, Portugal
?? Hybrid: 2 days/week on-site
We are looking for a Project Manager who delivers — not just reports.
This role sits at the heart of IT project execution, working closely with on-site teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects move forward in real conditions, not just on paper.
You will be responsible for driving projects end-to-end, with a strong presence on the ground in Lisbon, managing coordination, logistics, stakeholders, and execution.
What You Will Be Doing
Own the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from planning to execution
Build and manage realistic project plans (milestones, dependencies, risks)
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (NetOps, Workplace, vendors, HPE, etc.)
Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders
Manage on-site execution: access, logistics, site surveys, vendor coordination
Track progress, identify risks early, and drive solutions proactively
Be hands-on with hardware delivery, follow-ups, and operational constraints
What We're Looking For
Proven experience delivering IT projects end-to-end
Strong stakeholder management (especially in complex environments)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
Hands-on mindset — comfortable working on-site and close to operations
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
