We are looking for a passionate Francophone Costumer Service Agent in order to respond to the various missions that our Members will entrust to you (taxi reservations, restaurants, plane tickets, insurance and electronic payment assistance, advice and various suggestions), you will have to be curious, inventive and clever in order to respond to them and provide a unique experience.
PROFILE:
-Fluent in French and Fluent in English;
-Have the autonomy to manage your time and organize your work;
-Have good interpersonal skills: listening, availability, courtesy;
-Have an eye for detail and quality of service: rigor, precision, reliability;
-Be comfortable with computer and office tools: Office, CRM;
-Have a good command of French, both oral and written (spelling and syntax);
-The flexibility to work staggered hours;
-The desire to join a competent, joyful and supportive Team.
WE OFFER:
-Position based in the center of Lisbon | Avenida da Liberdade;
-Permanent contract;
-40 hours per week, spread from Monday to Saturday (Sunday is optional) from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m;
-Base Salary: 1300€ + quarterly bonuses;
-Transport Bonus: €30;
-Meal allowance 7.63€/day;
-Health insurance (after 6 months);
-Remote work after 6 months (2 days per week);
